C & R Real Estate Services Co. has redefined what it means to be a full service real estate company. We have uniquely combined brokerage services and property management into a single company. We provide optimal service and maximum investment returns for our apartment, retail, office and industrial property owners.

History

Since 1969, C&R Real Estate Services Co. has been dedicated to maximizing the value of our customers’ investments. The founders of C&R Real estate Services envisioned a company that would provide exceptional customer service; we have not wavered from this mission since our inception.

C&R Real Estate Services Co. is owned by Craig McConachie and Teri Cereghino. Both of the principles are actively involved in the daily operations of the business and are committed to high quality service and professionalism.

 We are based in Portland, with the ability to serve Oregon and Washington.
