Jim Nicolaisen President/Principal Broker Jim graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon, and earned his Certified Property Manager designation in 1982 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a past Board Member of Metro Multifamily Housing Association and currently serves on the Board of Self Enhancement Institute.

Craig McConachie Executive Vice President, Property Management Craig attended the University of Oregon. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon and Washington and received his Certified Property Manager designation in 1989 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He was President of Metro Multifamily Housing Association in 1996 and currently serves as a Board Member.
