	Michelle Maltase Senior Associate, Broker Michelle is a Licensed Broker in the State of Oregon. She has worked in commercial real estate with over six years of experience with investment properties. Michelle graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana and Loyola University of Chicago. She was the recipient of the Commercial Association of Realtors® Rookie‐of‐the‐Year Award and is a Board Member of the YWCA of greater Portland.
	Randy Hoaglin Broker Randy, licensed since 1979, specializes in office and apartment property brokerage and office leasing. Randy is a graduate of the University of Oregon. He was a past member for the City of Hillsboro Planning and Zoning Hearings Board and Planning Commission and is an Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America.
	Erik Floberg Senior Associate, Broker Erik has been a Licensed Broker in the State of Oregon for six years. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Portland State University. Erik started out in commercial appraisal learning valuable research and analytical tools that have created a solid foundation for investment property sales. He is a member of the Central Eastside Industrial Council Planning and Zoning Committee.
